What is the minimum guest count required to book your full-service catering?
Our full-service packages require a minimum of 75 guests. The calculator will automatically adjust the guest count to 75 if you enter a lower number.
How is the Rate Per Person determined, and does it change with volume?
Yes, the rate per person is tiered based on your total guest count:
75–149 guests: $24.00 per person
150–200 guests: $22.00 per person
201–300 guests: $20.00 per person
301+ guests: $18.00 per person
What is the 18% Staffing Service Charge, and what does it cover?
The 18% Staffing Service Charge is applied to the Subtotal (Base Package Cost + Travel Fee + Add-ons). It is a mandatory fee that covers the wages, preparation time, setup, and cleanup provided by our professional catering staff. This charge is separate from the base price and does not include local sales tax.
Where is the fixed epicenter (origin point) used to calculate the delivery fee?
All delivery fees are calculated based on the one-way distance from our commissary kitchen located at 3350 Saviers RD, Oxnard, CA 93033.
What are your travel zones and the corresponding flat-rate delivery fees?
We use three flat-rate zones based on the distance from 3350 Saviers Rd:

My event is in Malibu, which is 45 miles away. What will my travel fee be?
Malibu falls into Zone 3 (Outskirts) (36–50 miles), so the flat-rate travel fee will be $225.00.
What is the maximum distance you will travel for an event?
Our service area is limited to a maximum one-way distance of 50 miles from our Oxnard location (Zone 3). The calculator will notify you if your address is out of this range.
Why do I have to click 'Calculate Delivery Fee' after entering an address?
You must click the button to trigger the distance calculation. In a live system, this button mimics calling the Google Maps Distance Matrix API. The system needs to perform this calculation to accurately determine your travel zone and apply the correct flat fee before finalizing the quote.
I entered my address, but the Travel Fee is still $0.00 (or it's the wrong amount). What should I do?
If you change the address input field, the calculator automatically resets the previous delivery calculation. You must re-enter the full address and click the 'Calculate Delivery Fee' button again to get the new, accurate fee.
Are taxes included in the "ESTIMATED TOTAL"?
No. The "ESTIMATED TOTAL" includes the Base Package Cost, Travel Fee, Add-ons, and the 18% Staffing Service Charge. Local sales tax is separate and will be added to your final contract.
